I have been going to agility shows with my Grandma and Grandad, (Kay and Robin Cope) ever since I was a baby - I've been told that I learned to count to twenty by walking courses!!

Although I had been going to shows for some time, I did not compete with a dog until I was nine and that was with Badger - Grandma's dog - and I entered Juniors and won, so then I really got the bug. Badger had to retire early due to illness but Grandad let me run Della, with whom I've done very well - she got me to Crufts this year.

Although Badger and Della were 'ready-trained' dogs, I was not allowed to compete unless I went to traing so that the dogs could get used to me.

I now have my own dog called Millie; we rehomed her so I have had a lot of behavoural issues to sort out before we could get serious training in. Millie and I now go to Pads training each week and hopefully she will be ready to 'come out' at the beginning of next season.
